GPS Mount and Shelf Installation
It is as simple as it looks. The supplied plastic pieces go on the windscreen bolts. The make up for the stock guide posts attached to teh frame being used by the GPSmount/shelf and protect the plastic windscreen.
When using the GPS mount keep the Ram arm as upright as possible to minimize vibration.
- Remove the windscreen bolts.
- Don't lose the plastic washers.
- Remove the windscreen, set it somewhere it will not fall.
- Screw the supplied bolt into the GPS mount/shelf.
- Screw the ram ball onto the bolt stud protruding from the other side of the GPS mount/shelf. Blue loctite is OK.
- Place the GPS mount on the bike.
- Place the windscreen on top of the GPS mount/shelf.
- Place the supplied plastic sleeves on the windscreen bolts.
- Place the plastic washers back in place on the windscreen
- Insert the bolts with plastic sleeves installed in the bolt holes and tighten
When using the GPS mount keep the Ram arm as upright as possible to minimize vibration.
